I stopped by here to buy a 50lb flour bag for the first time, not knowing that i had to place an order ahead of time. The lady working there was very kind and accommodating and found the flour i wanted to order, she even gave me a discount for being a first time customer. I really appreciate what they are doing and how they treat customers. Can’t wait to bake with this flour and go back to buy more flour.

I have been buying flour here for the last 3 years and it is the best quality flour for my sourdough bread. I use their trailblazer and Edison all purpose. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating, if I ever have any questions they get back to me quickly. Highly recommend this mill!!
